Equipment is carefully selected to support children with special needs, promoting sensory stimulation, physical development, and social-emotional growth. Our adaptive swing lets children in wheelchairs roll directly on and join in the fun, so no one ever has to sit out.
REGULATION & FOCUS
Multi-Sensory Room
The Multi-Sensory Room provides a calm, controlled environment to support sensory and developmental needs. It helps children reduce stress, improve focus, and regulate emotions while exploring activities that develop motor skills, attention, and social interaction.
Students have access throughout the day to engage in purposeful, growth-oriented experiences.
Classroom Centers
Hands-on, engaging learning experiences that support creativity, independence, and growth in social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills are a core part of our education programs.
Whether a child is building, painting, sorting, or engaging with peers, each activity empowers children to learn through play while working toward their educational and therapy goals. Our teachers and nurses collaborate closely to individualize materials and activities for each child’s age and ability, ensuring every experience is both safe and meaningful.

EMOTIONAL SKILLS
Calming Corner
Big feelings are a natural part of learning and growing, and we've created a dedicated space for them. The Calming Corner is a designated classroom space that helps children self-regulate emotions — a safe retreat for frustration, anxiety, or simply needing quiet time.
Here, children learn essential emotional skills: how to name their feelings, take a break, and return to play with confidence and calm. The space fosters independence, empathy, and emotional resilience while reducing power struggles and stress.
