Experienced & licensed professionals
Our teachers are certified in early childhood education, and our pediatric nursing staff includes registered nurses (RNs), licensed vocational nurses (LVNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs). Together, they balance medical, developmental, and educational goals in each child’s daily routine.
Caring Corner uses the Desired Results Developmental Profile (DRDP), a state-recognized assessment tool that helps teachers track growth and tailor learning goals for each child. In collaboration with families, we review every child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) or IEP to align activities with their strengths, interests, and developmental needs.
During our pre-school program, teachers use the DRDP to observe milestones and adapt classroom activities to each child’s abilities. We review each child’s IFSP or IEP to establish personalized goals that reflect their strengths, interests, and areas of growth.
A home-like environment where children can thrive.
Our caregivers focus on building trust, communication, and consistency. Structured routines and a consistent daily schedule help children feel secure and confident. Routines and transitions are predictable yet flexible, allowing our team to meet each child’s individual needs.
THE CURRICULUM
Small-group learning with age appropriate milestones.
Children are introduced to developmentally appropriate materials and educational activities in thoughtfully designed classrooms divided into diverse learning centers such as art, block building, manipulatives, and sensory play. Activities are individualized by age, ability, and developmental level to encourage creativity, confidence, and skill-building in all areas of growth.
Our curriculum supports social-emotional, cognitive, physical, and language development through intentional play, rich language experiences, and guided peer interaction. Small-group routines promote socialization, cooperation, and confidence, while medical staff ensure every child’s medical needs are seamlessly integrated into the day.
-
Our infant classrooms provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where even the youngest children can grow, explore, and thrive. We focus on each child’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development, while ensuring their medical and daily care needs are expertly met.
Infants participate in activities that encourage motor skill development, sensory exploration, language development, and social engagement.
-
The Toddler Program emphasizes exploration, independence, and social-emotional growth. Children engage in hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities designed to support social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. Activities are organized into engaging learning centers, where toddlers practice communication, coordination, and collaboration, all under the supervision of our skilled teachers and nursing staff.
-
Our Pre-K Program prepares children for a successful transition to kindergarten by fostering academic, social, emotional, and physical development in a safe and nurturing environment.
Children participate in individual and small-group learning through center-based activities that develop reading, writing, math, and problem-solving skills. Lessons are intentionally designed to foster curiosity, creativity, and self-expression while maintaining a strong foundation in language, social interaction, and fine motor development.
