Who Qualifies:

  • Children with ongoing nursing needs

  • Clients of Kern Regional Center or Medi-Cal

  • Families in need of medical day care, preschool, or afterschool support

Steps to Enroll:

  1. Complete our online form to book a tour.

  2. Our team will reach out to schedule a nursing assessment

  3. We’ll gather any physician referrals, documentation, medical history, and plan of care.

  4. Funding verification (we’ll help you apply if needed!)
